<section section-type="section-one" id="HA604B690A9F948EAAF9885FE19A7E06F"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Drought Preparedness Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H7A404F1A02D942AE8761FF8795303BE8"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extension of authorization</header> <subsection id="HFC9EC0164F724CD9804B042B7558275A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Drought program</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 104(c) of the Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief Act of 1991 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/2214">43 U.S.C. 2214(c)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>2022</quote> and inserting <quote>2028</quote>.</text></subsection>
