Short title

This Act may be cited as the End Aerial Invasion Act.

Permanent prohibition on operations at Reagan Washington National Airport for air carriers that provide, or facilitate the provision of, transportation of any alien using the CBP One Mobile Application for the purposes of identification

(a)

In general

Chapter 491 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 49109 the following new section:

49109A.

Permanent prohibition on operations at Reagan Washington National Airport for air carriers that transport any alien using the CBP One Mobile Application for the purposes of identification

An air carrier may not operate an aircraft in air transportation between Reagan Washington National Airport and any other airport if the air carrier has provided, or facilitated the provision of, transportation of any alien using the CBP One Mobile Application for the purposes of identification.

The analysis for chapter 491 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 49109 the following:49109A.
