Short title

This Act may be cited as the Air Security Act of 2023 .

Extension of prohibition on provision of airport improvement grant funds to certain entities that have violated intellectual property rights of United States entities

Subsections (a) and (c)(2)(B) of section 10003 of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116–283; 134 Stat. 4864) are each amended by striking 2023 and inserting 2024.
