Short title

This Act may be cited as the Senator James L. Buckley Seashore Designation Act.

Designation of Senator James L. Buckley Seashore

(a)

Designation

The Staten Island Unit of the Gateway National Recreation Area described in subsection (a)(4) of the first section of Public Law 92–592 (16 U.S.C. 460cc) is designated as the Senator James L. Buckley Seashore. (b)

References

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the unit of the Gateway National Recreation Area described in subsection (a) shall be considered to be a reference to the Senator James L. Buckley Seashore.
