id="H7B6AF6772CF04481BC0B288D9901A79A"><enum>1.</enum><header>Review of sanctions with respect to Hong Kong</header><subsection id="H5913FC4D12C64418AD78A177321FCB9B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Determination with respect to imposition of sanctions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a determination, including a detailed justification, of whether any person listed in subsection (b) meets the criteria for the imposition of sanctions pursuant to—</text><paragraph id="HB8D5C9FFE68D48E18B3C89E4BD0ED59C"><enum>(1)</enum><text>section 1263(b) of the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/10102">22 U.S.C. 10102(b)</external-xref>);</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id482979050cd44b7caeaeff7767c1dd7c"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Executive Order 13818 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/1701">50 U.S.C. 1701</external-xref> note; relating to blocking the property of persons involved in serious human rights abuse or corruption);</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H9FD5F418154E4466AD825E91024209AB"><enum>(3)</enum><text>section 7 of the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act of 2019 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/5701">22 U.S.C. 5701</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/116/76">Public Law 116–76</external-xref>); </text></paragraph><paragraph id="H2E15FC2BA9F94FE7ACAAD7F89855A4D1"><enum>(4)</enum><text>section 6 of the Hong Kong Autonomy Act
