Short title

This Act may be cited as the Fairness for Victims of SNAP Skimming Act of 2023.

Replacement of stolen EBT benefits

Section 501(b)(2) of division HH of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (Public Law 117–328) is amended—(1)by striking subparagraph (A) and inserting the following:(A)shall be equal to the amount of benefits stolen from the household; and;(2)in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; and(3)by striking subparagraph (C).
