Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/117/263">Public Law 117–263</external-xref>) and sections 482(b) and 531(e) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/2291a">22 U.S.C. 2291a(b)</external-xref> and 2346(e)), the President shall transfer all unexpended balances of appropriations made available for assistance to Gaza—</text><paragraph id="id1E9127147C004CB29791321808B1506F"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">to the Department of Defense, to be available for grants to Israel for the Iron Dome short-range rocket defense system; or</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id884133A5F10042F598EC416D942C5922"><enum>(2)</enum><text>to the Foreign Military Financing Program authorized under section 23 of the Arms Export Control Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/2763">22 U.S.C. 2763</external-xref>), to be available for grants to Israel for the Iron Dome short-range rocket defense system.</text></paragraph></section></legis-body></bill>
