Short title

This Act may be cited as the Stop Trying to Obsessively Vilify Energy Act or the STOVE Act.

Prohibition on promulgating any rule or guidance that bans gas stoves in the United States

No Federal agency may propose, implement, or finalize a rule or guidance that categorically restricts or bans the use and purchase of natural gas-powered appliances in the United States.
