Short title

This Act may be cited as the Respect for Hispanic Americans Act.

Prohibition on use of Latinx

(a)

Agency defined

In this section, the term agency has the meaning given the term in section 551 of title 5, United States Code.(b)

Prohibition

The head of an agency and any employee of the agency may not use the term Latinx in any official communication or form of the agency.
