Prohibition against Federal funding for state sponsors of terrorism

Section 620A of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2371) is amended—(1)in subsection (a), by striking under this Act and all that follows through Export-Import Bank Act of 1945;(2)by striking subsection (d); and(3)by striking the undesignated matter following subsection (d).
