(Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/116/283">Public Law 116–283</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/10/2241">10 U.S.C. 2241</external-xref> note) is amended—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id9896bedef6b447f290853e45178a0729"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (a)—</text><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idaee60b0e43c9451d89ac6a2bb845ec55"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>Except as provided in subsection (b), none</quote> and inserting <quote>None</quote>; and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id06ed446269b34f76813b2703f66293af"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by inserting <quote>or international institution of higher education</quote> after <quote>institution of higher education</quote>;</text></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="ida528ec45da274869b9e853b8bae6d939"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking subsection (b); and</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id702fc21853494b35b090e5d10d2516d9"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by redesignating subsections (c) and (d) as subsections (b) and (c), respectively.</text></paragraph></section></legis-body></bill>
