Short title

This Act may be cited as the Military Mental Health Professionals Support Act of 2023.

Exemption of licensed behavioral health providers from authorized strength limitations

Section 523(b)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting , including licensed behavioral health providers after Medical officers.
