Whereas, on December 17, 1993, the first B–2 stealth bomber touched down at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri; andWhereas the B–2 stealth bomber is capable of delivering conventional and nuclear munitions at any time anywhere in the world: Now, therefore, be it

That the House of Representatives—(1)Recognizes as the 30th anniversary of when the first B–2 stealth bomber touched down at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri; and(2)acknowledges that the B–2 stealth bomber represents a vital part of the nuclear triad of the United States and is critical to the United States to project deterrence across the globe.
