Eliminating Office of Diversity and Inclusion

(a)

In general

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion of the House of Representatives is hereby terminated. (b)

Conforming amendments to Rules of the House

(1)

Conforming amendment relating to establishment of Office of Diversity and Inclusion

Rule II of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amended—(A)by striking clause 9; and(B)by redesignating clause 10 as clause 9.(2)

Conforming amendment relating to oversight

Clause 4(d)(1)(A) of rule X of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amended—(A)by striking the Office of Diversity and Inclusion,; and(B)by striking Office of Diversity and Inclusion,.
