<whereas><text>Whereas it is in the national security interests of the United States to maintain a strong domestic energy supply;</text></whereas> <whereas><text>Whereas the timely delivery of affordable energy domestically and internationally requires an advanced and robust domestic energy supply;</text></whereas> 
<whereas><text>Whereas energy workers and businesses require clear and supportive Federal policy to adequately maintain and develop the domestic energy supply chain to meet growing energy needs;</text></whereas> <whereas><text>Whereas recent technological advances in energy resource exploration, drilling, completion, and production have led to unprecedented levels of efficiency and emissions reductions; and</text></whereas> 
<whereas><text>Whereas increased production and use of American natural gas have helped the United States reduce its greenhouse gas emissions: Now, therefore, be it</text></whereas></preamble><resolution-body style="OLC" id="H4FB10C0A9436444FB531637046AB1C4F"> <section id="H9AAE5ACB3DB4403B9FFF8A0E64F138AA" display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That it is the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States should support the safe and responsible development of its energy resources via drilling, including by— </text> 
<paragraph id="HC389E3CC6DEB440DBD3BE6321F05BFAC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>repealing administrative precedent that limits the exploration, drilling, and production of domestic natural resources on Federal lands, both onshore and offshore;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HD60276D0445E4CB488C18B4C7D0D409A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>clearly defining the relationship drilling has to future production and delivery of energy resources; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HCBF2BD15FBD14791A99A1BE719A8C7BB"><enum>(3)</enum><text>incentivizing workforce development in the domestic energy industry of the United States.</text></paragraph></section> </resolution-body></resolution>
