R. 9313</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20240806">August 6, 2024</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="M001221">Mr. Molinaro</sponsor> (for himself and <cosponsor name-id="T000468">Ms. Titus</cosponsor>) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HPW00">Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To direct the Comptroller General of the United States to report to Congress on the compliance under the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968 of all office buildings under the jurisdiction, custody, or control of the General Services Administration, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="HAD9545FAC485465CB561BA0F0054E12C" style="OLC"><section id="HBE90C18C51BF456B89B71D0EA2F3CF04" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Think Differently About Building Accessibility Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="H7E6AC817524245B5A258D1C3CBB442B8"><enum>2.</enum><header>GAO report</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall report to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate on the compliance under the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/4151">42 U.S.C. 4151 et seq.</external-xref>) of all office buildings under the jurisdiction, custody, or control of the General Services Administration.</text></section></legis-body></bill>
