Short title

This Act may be cited as the Prioritizing PFAS-Free Cleaning Products Act.

2.

Procurement of cleaning products

The Secretary of Defense shall, to the maximum extent practicable, only procure cleaning products that are identified by—(1)the Safer Choice program; or(2)an independent third-party organization that provides certifications in a manner consistent with the Safer Choice program.
