Short title

This Act may be cited as the Stop the Delta Tunnel Act.

Prohibition on Delta Conveyance Project permit

The Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, may not issue a permit under section 404 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1344) relating to the Delta Conveyance Project described in the document published by the Corps of Engineers entitled Delta Conveyance Project Draft Environmental Impact Statement and dated December 2022.
