                                 A BILL


 
   To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 to authorize 
  certain funds for water and water supply infrastructure in Fremont 
               County, Colorado, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``John Griffin Regional Reservoir 
Project Act''.

SEC. 2. ENVIRONMENTAL INFRASTRUCTURE.

    Section 219(f) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 
Stat. 4835; 113 Stat. 336; 121 Stat. 1258; 136 Stat. 3808) is amended 
by adding at the end the following:
            ``(406) Fremont county, colorado.--$50,000,000 for water 
        and water supply infrastructure in Fremont County, Colorado.''.
