Short title

This Act may be cited as the Sergeant Gary Beikirch Medal of Honor Act.

Modification of Medal of Honor special pension provisions to allow concurrent benefits

Section 1562(a)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking subparagraph (C).
