<section id="HD3FF5AE7620C4B7F9DB535BBBF7106EF" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Combating Hate Across Campus</short-title> Act</quote>.</text></section> <section id="HF73711F0F3364E4D97AEEEE5573C1A62" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Disclosure of campus security policy and campus crime statistics</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 485(f)(1)(F)(ii) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/1092">20 U.S.C. 1092(f)(1)(F)(ii)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>which data shall be collected and reported according to category of prejudice; and</quote> and inserting </text> 
<quoted-block style="OLC" id="H58026D019AED44149DD9E58C818D6CA8" display-inline="yes-display-inline"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">which data shall— </text> <subclause id="H9E4105E531414BBEB1A10746B14E8E53"><enum>(I)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"> be collected and reported according to category of prejudice; and</text></subclause> 
<subclause id="HCEEC10FD6EC94B74A83E2C695BAAD135"><enum>(II)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">disaggregated by subcategory based on the identity of the targeted individual or group, as listed in the most recently available Hate Crime Data Collection Guidelines and Training Manual published by the Criminal Justice Information Services Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation; and</text> </subclause><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </section> </legis-body></bill>
