An Act
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at
1285 Emancipation Highway in Fredericksburg, Virginia, as the ``Gladys
P. Todd Post Office''.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. GLADYS P. TODD POST OFFICE.
(a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service
located at 1285 Emancipation Highway in Fredericksburg, Virginia, shall
be known and designated as the ``Gladys P. Todd Post Office''.
(b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document,
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Gladys P.
Todd Post Office''.
