Short title

This Act may be cited as the Immediate Stock Disclosure Act.

Periodic transaction reports

Section 13105(l) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by—(1)striking 30 days and inserting 24 hours; and(2)striking 45 days and inserting 72 hours.
