1.

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Airport Immigration Enforcement Act.

2.

Housing of undocumented migrants

The Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration may not authorize airport space to house undocumented migrants.

3.

Prohibiting funding for housing of undocumented migrants at airports

No Federal funds may be used to house undocumented migrants in any airport.
