<section section-type="section-one" id="H0CBDF67878A3480F9433C7C95FF4CF1D" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Congressional Budget Office Data Access Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H53327DF6D71E46DC86B254E49F2BCEF3" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Conditions of Disclosure for Federal Agency Information with the Congressional Budget Office</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subsection (b) of section 552a of title 5, United States Code (commonly known as the <quote>Privacy Act of 1974</quote>), is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HA7CDC71F828546E78750047FDEFC7DD1" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by redesignating paragraphs (11) and (12) as paragraphs (12) and (13), respectively; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HC4FC91939B794105980C19B498DD0EFA" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by inserting after paragraph (10) the following:</text>
