Short title

This Act may be cited as the Military Spouse Job Continuity Act.

Permanent authority to reimburse members for spouse relicensing costs pursuant to a permanent change of station

Section 453(g) of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraph (3) and redesignating paragraph (4) as paragraph (3).
