Short title

This Act may be cited as the Seawall Expansion Act.

Definition of levee

Section 9002(7) of the National Levee Safety Act of 2007 (33 U.S.C. 3301) is amended— (1)in subparagraph (A), in the matter preceding clause (i)— (A)by striking manmade barrier and inserting hard or manmade structure or barrier; (B)by inserting , seawall, revetment, bulkhead, groin, jetty, breakwater, dike, levee after floodwall; and (C)by inserting or soft infrastructure (including a beach, dune, or coastal bank) after other structure); and (2)in subparagraph (C)— (A)in clause (iii), by inserting or after the semicolon; (B)in clause (iv)(V), by striking ; or and inserting a period; and (C)by striking clause (v).
