R. 6637</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20231206">December 6, 2023</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="M001211">Mrs. Miller of Illinois</sponsor> (for herself, <cosponsor name-id="M001212">Mr. Moore of Alabama</cosponsor>, <cosponsor name-id="L000578">Mr. LaMalfa</cosponsor>, <cosponsor name-id="B000825">Ms. Boebert</cosponsor>, <cosponsor name-id="S001224">Mr. Self</cosponsor>, and <cosponsor name-id="H001052">Mr. Harris</cosponsor>) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HED00">Committee on Education and the Workforce</committee-name>, and in addition to the Committee on <committee-name committee-id="HHA00">House Administration</committee-name>, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned</action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To prohibit regulations implementing the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act from applying to abortion or the coverage of abortion or abortion-related services.</official-title></form><legis-body id="HBB6FE3798986473CA31A040F3898DDAF" style="OLC"><section id="H6905F4A6370444E88DF78AE4530F8059" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Love Them Both Act of 2023</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="H2A44E948C607467189EE4EB86603A2DA" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>2.</enum><header>Regulatory implementation of the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Board of Directors of the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights may not, pursuant to section 105 of the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/2000gg-3">42 U.S.C. 2000gg–3</external-xref>), finalize, implement, or enforce any regulation that applies to abortion or the coverage of abortion or abortion-related services.</text></section></legis-body></bill>
