<section id="HD7AE62387D6241E396037BECA4A771AF" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Stop Sexually Violent Predators Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H034D2B56E5214FFD9772F3808FAC7740"><enum>2.</enum><header>State reporting of sexually dangerous persons</header> <subsection id="H4420090726574854A654D29B764C51EF"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 301(c)(1) of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/34/20971">34 U.S.C. 20971(c)(1)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HCA54FC988B714E29AF89A6D1831B86FC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating subparagraphs (A) and (B) as clauses (i) and (ii), respectively, and by moving such clauses, as redesignated, 2 ems to the right;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H8887A0A47E0A4B46ADC07F64DAD38E61"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in clause (ii), as redesignated, by striking the period and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; </text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H297123A30CDB4945B317023147CB8BEC"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by striking <quote>shall, before the expiration of the compliance period—</quote> and inserting the following: </text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="HCE2049A766E6468F8C5125A09E0A2E82" display-inline="yes-display-inline"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">shall—</text> 
<subparagraph id="H51E0EE070E2542D19B470DF6DBA71C3C"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">before the expiration of the compliance period—</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph> <paragraph id="H3666B6181B9846D09507B236A5BDC208"><enum>(4)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> 
<quoted-block style="OLC" id="HAB1DE99ED1B8492EB737F3574BCA2350" display-inline="no-display-inline"> 
<subparagraph id="H7DC940A52FCB4084997594D47B56CB7B"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">submit to the Attorney General a list of individuals who were convicted of a sexually dangerous offense in the previous fiscal year.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="H73EE4DFA6175402A801B03D45E7D313F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Review for Federal prosecution</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 301 of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/34/20971">34 U.S.C. 20971</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text> 
<quoted-block style="OLC" id="HF2AE2539E6AA44CC8518AE4DA475DBDC" display-inline="no-display-inline"> 
<subsection id="H673FF3DCC0D34DD6B15731CC4287EDBD"><enum>(g)</enum><header>Review for Federal prosecution</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Attorney General shall review the list submitted pursuant to subsection (c)(1)(B) to determine whether the convicted individual should be prosecuted for a Federal offense.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> <subsection id="H56C89FA4C6044002BA50D9491AD281D6"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Limitations on Federal funding with respect to health care for specified individuals</header> <paragraph id="H20749AFC2B274255A787334CBE51D78D"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Medicaid</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to paragraph (3), payment under section 1903(a) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1396b">42 U.S.C. 1396b(a)</external-xref>) shall not be made to a State with respect to medical assistance furnished to a specified individual under a State plan (or waiver of such plan) under title XIX of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1396">42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.</external-xref>).</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H4F30D37660414188854B933645A417E1" commented="no"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Medicare</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to paragraph (3), a specified individual shall be deemed to be ineligible for—</text> <subparagraph id="HE6FEFD9B2A9B48259034FACC2EF2D6B5" commented="no"><enum>(A)</enum><text>hospital insurance benefits under part A of title XVIII of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1395">42 U.S.C. 1395 et seq.</external-xref>); and</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H2F1B37B7AF4E4429AC579222AA8A766B" commented="no"><enum>(B)</enum><text>supplementary medical insurance benefits under part B of title XVIII of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1395j">42 U.S.C. 1395j et seq.</external-xref>).</text> </subparagraph></paragraph> <paragraph id="HBCC5BF21A1A343C3AF7464FA57C50EBC"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Exception</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Paragraphs (1) and (2) shall not apply in the case of an individual who is an inpatient of a hospital or a skilled nursing facility (as such terms are defined in title XVIII of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1395">42 U.S.C. 1395 et seq.</external-xref>)) and receives involuntary treatment at such hospital or skilled nursing facility.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H2F25A7BF29DD484E8D8893EDB2333F75"><enum>(4)</enum><header>Specified individual defined</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this subsection, the term <term>specified individual</term> means an individual who has been convicted of a sexually violent offense and has been determined to be a sexually dangerous person (as such term is defined in section 301(e) of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/34/20971">34 U.S.C. 20971(e)</external-xref>)).</text></paragraph> </subsection> <subsection id="H28CE44A78D7A44B18DE26ACFD3F0C4C2"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Increase SORNA reporting requirements</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 114(b) of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/34/20914">34 U.S.C. 20914(b)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HECE7925BFAAB45AB99C1428AA741647A"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating paragraph (8) as paragraph (9); and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H8C3A12D072C240D8B2F326C7F55427DC"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting after paragraph (7) the following:</text>
