Short title

This Act may be cited as the No Temporary Protected Status for Terrorists Act or the No TPS for Terrorists Act.

2.

Certain aliens ineligible for temporary protected status

(a)

In general

The Secretary of Homeland Security may not grant a covered alien temporary protected status in the United States pursuant to section 244 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1254a).(b)

Covered alien

In this section, the term covered alien means an alien who is a holder of a passport or other travel document issued by the Palestinian Authority.
