Short title

This Act may be cited as the Stand with Israel Act.

Prohibition on funds for the United Nations Human Rights Council

(a)

Finding

Congress finds that Hamas, Iranian backed terrorists, on October 7, 2023, launched a massive, unprovoked war on Israel by firing thousands of rockets, gunmen storming Israeli homes killing whoever they could find, resulting in the death and abduction of countless Israeli and American civilians. (b)

Prohibition

No Federal funds may be obligated or expended to provide assessed or voluntary contributions or any other funding to the United Nations Human Rights Council until the United Nations Security Council and United Nations General Assembly adopts a resolution to condemn Hamas relating to its actions described in subsection (a).
