Short title

This Act may be cited as the Evicting Violent Islamic Criminals That Entered Deviously Act or the EVICTED Act.

Expedited removal for unlawfully present aliens who are residents of Palestinian-administered territories within Judea and Samaria or Gaza

Section 235(b)(1)(A)(iii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1225(b)(1)(A)(iii)) is amended—(1)in subclause (I), by inserting or subclause (III) after subclause (II); and(2)by adding at the end the following: (III)

Additional aliens described

An alien described in this clause is an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States and is a resident of a Palestinian-administered territory within Judea and Samaria or Gaza. .
