Short title

This Act may be cited as the Water Access Act.

Appropriation for LIHWAP

There is appropriated to the Secretary of Health and Human Services for fiscal year 2024, $500,000,000 for the low-income household water assistance program under section 2912 of subtitle K of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (15 U.S.C. 9058b).
