Short title

This Act may be cited as the Water Data Improvement Act.

Water data enhancement by United States Geological Survey

Section 9507 of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (42 U.S.C. 10367) is amended— (1)in subsection (a)(6)— (A)in subparagraph (A), by striking 2023 and inserting 2028; and (B)in subparagraph (B), by striking 2019 and inserting 2028; (2)in subsection (b)(7), by striking 2023 and inserting 2028; and (3)in subsection (d)(4), by striking 2019 and inserting 2028.
