<section id="HC5C463FFBA0C489889A766DF86581529" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Vaccine Mandates in Higher Education Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section id="HDB42D593A66A4450B67D4A6DADD28052"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on COVID–19 vaccine mandates in higher education</header> <subsection id="H7B355B5003B9409390F1D3DEF7CA0C49"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Prohibition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">No Federal funds may be made available to any institution of higher education that requires its students or staff to receive a COVID–19 vaccine as a condition of enrollment or employment, or receiving any benefit, service, or contract.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HC29A855552C54E4499064C082BCEBC92"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Institution of higher education defined</header><text>In this Act, the term <term>institution of higher education</term> has the meaning given the term in section 102 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/1002">20 U.S.C. 1002</external-xref>). </text></subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
