<section id="HFDE94DA2D64A447BBAFCAB42B8E1BBB7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Website to report fraud relating to certain COVID–19 loans</header> 
<subsection id="HF67EB708D91A4A28A7569ABC73F7B893"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Small Business Administration shall include on the primary website of the Administration a link to a website of the Office of the Inspector General of the Small Business Administration regarding reporting fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, and misconduct, and containing a resource for individuals to report suspected cases of fraud with respect to a covered loan to the Administration.</text></subsection> <subsection id="HC7E349EBB44540E7A310C0D41B586026" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Covered loan defined</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section, the term <term>covered loan</term> means—</text> 
<paragraph id="HA1C64B7B2A80493EA41D297738E623DA"><enum>(1)</enum><text>a loan made under paragraph (36) or (37) of section 7(a) of the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/636">15 U.S.C. 636(a)</external-xref>); or</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H7B85D3EB6E5C43E3B15CA20AA22C47F3"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">a loan made under section 7(b) of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/636">15 U.S.C. 636(b)</external-xref>) in response to COVID–19 during the covered period (as defined in section 1110(a) of the CARES Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/9009">15 U.S.C. 9009</external-xref>)).</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
