<section id="H16F3A8E44EF3457AB994DDA998A35D69" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Health Freedom for All Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section id="H473BFC595B9A417AA732285D7FBD5BA6"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on certain emergency tem­po­rary standards</header> <subsection id="HCC94CB8910D94F9EB3D9676F98594EDF"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 8(c) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/657">29 U.S.C. 657(c)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following: </text>

<paragraph id="H1BC405B566764528BB4A1B7CCDC7E889" indent="up1"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary may not issue an emergency temporary standard that requires an employer to ensure that employees of the employer have received a COVID–19 vaccine or undergo COVID–19 testing.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> <subsection id="H825B5C8846ED4AF0BD8040E2A217C325"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Application</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendment under subsection (a) shall not apply to any emergency temporary standard under section 8(c) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/657">29 U.S.C. 657(c)</external-xref>) issued before September 23, 2021. Any emergency temporary standard described in paragraph (4) of such section issued after such date shall have no force or effect. </text></subsection></section>
