<section id="H34F71639C7D34BF5AC97F5E767F96DFC" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Minimum hours of operation for ports of entry along the northern border</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection shall ensure that the operating hours of all United States ports of entry located on the border between the United States and Canada are equal to or greater than the operating hours in effect immediately before the declaration of a public health emergency pursuant to section 319 of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/247d">42 U.S.C. 247d</external-xref>) as a result of confirmed cases of 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID–19).</text></section> </legis-body></bill>
