Short title

This Act may be cited as the Revitalizing Rural Communities Act of 2023.

Extension of, and increase in funding for, the Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant Program

Section 313B of the Rural Electrification Act of 1936 (7 U.S.C. 940c–2) is amended by striking $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 and inserting $12,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028.
