Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Requiring Verification of Compliance with Abandoning Ruthless Evil Neo-Nazis Act” or “RVC ARE Neo-Nazis Act”.

Amendment

Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114–92; 129 Stat. 1608) is amended by adding at the end the following: (k)

Prohibition

Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, no assistance authorized under this section may be provided on or after the date of enactment of this subsection unless and until the President certifies to Congress that the Government of Ukraine is not providing funding, equipment, training, fuel, or other support to the Russian Volunteer Corps, the Azov Battalion, or any other neo-Nazi militia..
