<section id="HD7D7DAB6CC37479F8325BB1BE4F31761" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Trucking Workforce Improvement Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section id="H836B18C272FD4D8C87178C0944424038"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of rule</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The final rule issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration titled <quote>Minimum Training Requirements for Entry-Level Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators</quote> issued on December 8, 2016 (81 Fed. Reg. 88732) shall have no force or effect.</text></section>
