Short title

This Act may be cited as the Trucking Workforce Improvement Act.

2.

Repeal of rule

The final rule issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration titled Minimum Training Requirements for Entry-Level Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators issued on December 8, 2016 (81 Fed. Reg. 88732) shall have no force or effect.
