<section id="HD920F36AFBFE4D8D904FCDF416A72C43" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Prohibition on expending funds for Special Counsel</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">No funds authorized or appropriated by Federal law, and none of the funds in any trust fund to which funds are authorized or appropriated by Federal law, shall be expended for the Special Counsel’s Office of John L. Smith. </text> </section> </legis-body></bill>
