Short title

This Act may be cited as the There are Two Sexes Act of 2023.

No obligation or expenditure of Federal funds for certain forms that offer an option other than Male or Female to reference the sex of an individual

(a)

Prohibition

No Federal funds may be obligated or expended for the creation or dissemination of a form required to be signed by an individual under a Federal law or regulation that offers an option other than Male or Female to reference the sex of the individual. (b)

Effective date

The prohibition under subsection (a) shall take effect on October 1, 2024.
