Short title

This Act may be cited as the Stop Government Overreach in Ranching Act.

Repeal of guidance for industry no. 263

(a)

Repeal

The guidance titled CVM GFI #263 Recommendations for Sponsors of Medically Important Antimicrobial Drugs Approved for Use in Animals to Voluntarily Bring Under Veterinary Oversight All Products That Continue to be Available Over-the-Counter published by the Food and Drug Administration in June 2021 (FDA–2019–D–3614) is hereby repealed.(b)

No issuance of identical or substantially similar guidance

The Food and Drug Administration shall not issue any guidance or a rule that is the same as, or substantially similar to, the guidance repealed by subsection (a).
