Short title

This Act may be cited as the Milk is Indisputably Liked by Kids Act of 2023 or the MILK Act of 2023.

Types of milk offered under the school lunch program

Section 9(a)(2)(A) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1758(a)(2)(A)) is amended— (1)in clause (ii)— (A)by striking flavored and; and (B)by striking and at the end; (2)by redesignating clause (iii) as clause (iv); and (3)by inserting after clause (ii) the following: (iii)shall offer students flavored milk; and.
