Short title

This Act may be cited as the Maurice D. Hinchey Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area Enhancement Act.

Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area

Section 904(b) of the Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area Act of 1996 (Public Law 104–333; 54 U.S.C. 320101 note) is amended to read as follows: (b)

Boundaries

The Heritage Area shall be comprised of the counties of Albany, Rensselaer, Columbia, Greene, Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, Saratoga, and Washington, New York. .
