Inclusion of copper as critical mineral

Section 7002(a)(3)(A) of the Energy Act of 2020 (30 U.S.C. 1606(a)(3)(A)) is amended to read as follows: (A)

In general

The term critical mineral means— (i)copper; and (ii)any mineral, element, substance, or material designated as critical by the Secretary under subsection (c). .
