  Mr. Perry introduced the following bill; which was referred to the 
             Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure

                                 A BILL


 
  To prohibit the Secretary of Transportation from issuing any rule, 
    regulation, or guidance that promotes the use of traffic photo 
                  enforcement, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON RULE PROMOTING USE OF TRAFFIC PHOTO 
              ENFORCEMENT.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of 
Transportation may not propose, issue, or implement any rule, 
regulation, or guidance that promotes the use of traffic photo 
enforcement.
