 introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on

                                 A BILL


 
  To require bipartisan membership in the Federal Trade Commission in 
  order for the Commission to act following a vacancy, and for other 
                               purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Stopping Cultural Marxism at the FTC 
Act''.

SEC. 2. REQUIREMENT.

    The first section of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 
41) is amended by striking ``the powers of the commission.'' and 
inserting ``the powers of the commission, except that, if there is more 
than one remaining commissioner and all of the remaining commissioners 
are members of the same political party (as determined at the time each 
commissioner was appointed to the commission by the President), the 
remaining commissioners may not exercise the powers of the 
commission.''.
