Mr. Jackson of Texas introduced the following bill; which was referred 
                 to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs

                                 A BILL


 
 To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to rescind guidelines and 
   ensure the removal of signs and guidance relating to the COVID-19 
                               pandemic.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. TERMINATION OF DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS COVID-19 
              GUIDELINES.

    The Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall immediately--
            (1) rescind any and all guidelines relating to the COVID-19 
        pandemic; and
            (2) ensure the removal of all signs and posted guidance 
        related to COVID-19 at Department of Veterans Affairs 
        facilities, including those regarding masking and social 
        distancing.
